I was delighted and honoured to contribute to the MeeTwo Teenage Mental Help Handbook that gives teenage mental heath a voice.
The handbook is the first publication to combine the voices of young people and the opinions of experts with a completely holistic directory of ways that young people can help themselves. The initial Kickstarter campaign aimed to send copies to 1000 schools, but now the ambition is to ensure every school in the UK has one.
Featured on the BBC, it’s been described “like a bible for mental heath in young people”. For a limited time, for every copy sold, one will be donated to a secondary school or sixth form. If you work in a school or know someone who does, then check it out.
There’s also a great MeeTwo app that’s available on the NHS app page or iTunes and Android.
It was brilliant to help with this and hopefully help lots of young people out there.
