When I started talking publicly about my mental health and launched Man Talk, I didn’t want to be an advice service. I’m not a professional and simply put, I don’t want to get it wrong - what works for me, might not work for you. But, that’s what this piece is about, things that have helped me. You might read them and think they’re worth a try, then again, you might think they’re simply not appropriate to your mental state.

The only piece of advice I will ever give that will work for everyone, is to talk about your problems. Talking is the first step in addressing any mental health issues.
